The easiest way to do it:

1. Upload iPhone app “TwitterFon”.

2. Press on icon that looks like tablet with a pen. (for new tweet)

3. Select camera icon.

4. You can either take new photo or choose existing one from your
iPhone.

5. Voila!

P.S. TwitterFon also allows you to post tweets from your iPhone easily.
