SuperGeeks Introduces "SuperService" -
Unlimited Computer Repairs for a Low Monthly Fee

SuperGeeks, Hawaii's leading computer repair company, announced today that it is offering unlimited computer repairs and consulting services for the flat monthly fee of $19.95 per computer and a one time setup fee of $49.95. Customers must sign up for a minimum of 12 months.

The initial set up for each computer includes the installation of antivirus and anti=spyware software as well as security patches. The service is available for Macs and PCs and covers all in-shop labor, including hardware and software troubleshooting. Materials costs are separate. In addition to the unlimited computer support, clients also receive Express VIP Service when they do need help.

"SuperService is like health insurance," said SuperGeeks' president James Kerr. "People pay a small amount every month to ensure quality care at a very inexpensive price. Considering how central computers are to our lives, it just makes good sense to have this kind of blanket coverage for your computer."

Kerr adds that in many ways SuperService is better than computer manufacturer warranties. "We are able to do many repairs remotely over the Internet, or at our stores right here in Hawaii. The machines don't need to be shipped to the mainland, which most manufacturer warranties would require," he said.

SuperGeeks is offering SuperService to small businesses for as little as $50 per computer. A four-computer network costs $200/month and receives unlimited onsite support, including troubleshooting and upgrades.

Kerr adds, "This service is ideal for small companies that need regular and ongoing tech support but cannot justify hiring a full time IT person."
