Standard Service $149

• Complete diagnostics and repair.
• All system updates and performance-enhancing tweaks so your computer runs faster.
• Saving all data, i.e. we data transfer from ‘broken’ computer to repaired computer.
• Material costs – if any – are separate.  We will let you know cost before installing anything.
• 30 day no-quibble warranty.

If your computer has serious spyware or virus issues, we will remove all bugs and install a suite of SuperGeeks’ approved software to help protect from viruses, spyware, and other malicious things.  Add $50.

Additional Inshop Computer Services:

• Thoroughly clean unit inside and outside$30
• Install software – up to 3 titles $30
• Install hardware – up to 1 hardware$59
• Crack user password for Windows$50
• VIP Express Service$50. Your unit goes to the front of the line.
• Data backup to DVD, flash drive, new computer, etc – $99
• Data recovery – $350.  No data, no charge.

Online Tech Support $99 Flat Fee

We can fix your computer over the internet while you watch.  Very cool.  Check it out.

Requirement:  The sick computer must be able to access the internet.  When in doubt, just call.

Onsite Tech Support to Home or Office

$150/hour plus $25 trip charge, minimum 1 hour.  Schedule online.

Prepurchase discounts are available.  Unused block time never expires.
